Refund Policy

At TomCat Interactive, we aim to keep pricing and billing simple and transparent. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscriptions work.

Subscription Billing

Servicecard offers subscription plans billed on a recurring basis (such as monthly or yearly). When you subscribe, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee for each billing cycle until you cancel.

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

We offer a 14-day refund window for new subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied with Servicecard, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase.

Refund requests submitted within this period will be reviewed and processed when applicable.

Refund Limitations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

  • Subscription renewals or recurring billing charges
  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial purchase
  • Partial refunds for unused time during a billing cycle

Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
Example: If you cancel a monthly subscription on the 10th day of the month, your account will remain active until the end of that billing month.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or notice an unauthorized transaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
