1. What Servicecard Is

Servicecard lets you create a professional online profile with bio, experiences, portfolio, credentials, testimonials, articles, social handles and share your profile link to anyone. You can also track analytics on your profile performance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the servicecard.me platform and related services (the "Service") operated by TomCat Interactive ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Your Account

  • You must be 18 or older to create an account.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. What You Can and Can’t Do

Allowed

  • Create, customize, and share your Servicecard profile
  • Embed media you have rights to use
  • Use analytics to monitor your profile performance

Not Allowed

  • Posting illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Violating others’ rights (copyright, privacy, publicity)
  • Using bots or automated systems to abuse the service

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid features are available through subscription plans managed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the applicable fees for your selected plan.
  • We use Paddle as our Merchant of Record (MoR) to process payment securely on our behalf.
  • Provide valid payment information through Paddle's secure checkout.
  • Accept automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled

6. Your Content

You own the content you post — including text, images, media, and links. By posting it, you give Servicecard permission to display it on your public profile.

Please avoid posting sensitive private information such as bank details.

7. Analytics

Servicecard provides analytics about profile visits, clicks, and engagement. Aggregated or anonymized data may be used to improve the platform.

8. Changes to the Service or Terms

Servicecard may update features or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept any changes.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create harm. You may also close your account at any time.

10. Links to Other Services

Your profile may include links to other websites or services. Servicecard is not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Liability

We aim to keep Servicecard reliable, but we are not responsible for data loss or how the service is used. We recommend keeping backups of important information.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction. If any section is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain valid.
